At MCS Group, taking care of the mental health of our employees is a priority. So, to mark UK Mental Health Awareness Week, our colleagues have been treated to something special. They tucked into a wellbeing breakfast, featuring lots of healthy fruit, while the afternoon contained 10-minute massage sessions for all willing employees as a method to relieve any stresses or tensions.
Mental health is something we should all be aware of and take care of. We can reduce stress, anxiety and depression through methods such as eating healthily and working out regularly. Just asking a colleague how they feel can make a big difference to somebody’s day.
