Working with an ex-military recruitment specialist ERS, we are implementing a recruitment programme to train ex-military personnel into Assistant/Site Managers.
We believe that the skill sets are well matched which through our programme provides a positive career path as well as a solution to our Industry’s skills shortage.
Working with local schools to educate students about the wide range of opportunities within the construction industry.
We believe that promoting the Construction Industry to young people is vital to bridge the skills shortage.
