Lutterworth win for mcs Build

mcs Build are delighted to announce they have been commissioned by Standard Life to carry out the refurbishment works of a former Argos Warehouse based in Lutterworth. The project will involve the demolition of the existing mezzanine structures, extensive racking removal, new dock leveller doors and curtain walling, a new internal office suite, with lots of decoration and amendments to the car parking facilities. With an area of 380,000 ft2, this will be a challenging scheme! This project is due to start late February and complete in October this year.
