Completion on Cadent

Practical Completion has been reached at the new Cadent Gas HQ in Wolverhampton, a project we have worked on alongside long standing client Opus Land.

The Grade-A, 25,000 sq. ft. office building has been arranged over ground and first floors with a 5,300 sq. ft. warehouse and 119 parking spaces. The scheme offers exemplar ESG credentials and has achieved BREAM Excellent and an EPC rating
of A.

Other sustainable features include solar panels on the roof to supplement power supply, heating and cooling systems and EV charging points.
