Cransley Park success for mcs Build

Our main contracting division, mcs Build, are delighted to have been commissioned by St Francis Group and the Richardson family to construct 5 industrial units at Cransley Park in Kettering.

This project is located just off the A14; the 16 acre scheme will provide 270,000 sq ft of total floor space developed to a high standard in line with modern occupier requirements.

With the work due to start in May this year, the units will be ready for occupation early 2019 and will further strengthen MCS’ presence in the Industrial sector! Works will also include landscaping, drainage, car parking facilities and hard surfacing.
