mcs Special Projects are delighted to announce the completion of the Hyundai Showroom project in Southgate. The works included the conversion of the existing garage and workshop to create a brand new showroom and additional first floor, and all other associated external works.

The demolition at our Lutterworth site is well underway. mcs Build are carrying out the re-modelling of a distribution centre at Magna Park, Lutterworth. The racking removal and demolition is in full swing allowing the unit to be released back to the market.

mcs Special Projects will begin on site at JLR’s After-sales in Guildford in mid-April. The 20 week project on Opus Park will involve an extension of the first floor and refurbishment of the internal offices throughout. We are looking forward to seeing some photo’s on completion in the Summer!

mcs Special Projects handed over on site at VW in Loughton yesterday morning. This project comprised of the development and part-remodel of the existing showroom and workshop. A large new car deck was constructed inside to form a revised and refurbished showroom. Internal alterations and valet to external areas were also included.
