Felixstowe progress

Our Primary Projects team have made a great start on the construction of a new truck workshop and ancillary areas for Renault Trucks & Buses, in Felixstowe. Completion for this project is expected before the end of the year!

Works have started in Exeter

High performance from our Primary Projects team, completing this brand new car showroom facility on behalf of Hendy Performance in Exeter into a Lotus dealership. We are looking forward to seeing this one progress over the next few weeks!

We have some great news to share

MCS have some wonderful new project news to share! Our MCS Build division will be starting a £6.1m contract in Bedford soon for client Makesy Ltd. The project will be a new build office/commercial development taking approx. 37 weeks. We are so looking forward to getting started on this one! Progress photos coming soon…

MCS are getting revved up for new project in Camberley

And so we begin again! This time for Sytner in Camberley – building a brand new Car Shop dealership. This project has just started on site and will be due to complete in Spring next year.

Update from Didcot

We have received a great photo mid-steel erection at our project in Didcot, Oxfordshire where we are constructing a development for Harwell Science and Innovations Campus. The Primary Projects team are delivering 8 industrial units totalling 33,500 sq. ft of employment space.

Full of beans

We are storming along on site in Leicester – our Primary Projects team are making wonderful progress at the new Costa Coffee Drive-Thru based on Meridian Business Park. Frothy coffee coming soon!!

Zarafa Update

The MCS team at our development in Grantham are motoring along and making amazing progress. This project is due to complete in the late summer this year.

Primary Projects completion

The wraps have been taken off the new Mercedes Benz West Drayton development which our Primary Projects team worked incredibly hard on, and the results were fabulous! Check our the Project Profile on our website.

Lok N’Store Progress

Our hat-trick of Lok N’Store developments in Warrington, Stevenage and Wolverhampton are making great progress, all three steel frames are nearly complete!

Progress in Bristol

We have received a great progress shot from our live site in Bristol, at Volvo Filton. The cladding is taking shape really well, along with the concrete slabs, first fix of M&E and externals are coming along nicely too. Thank you for the photo – Alex Pimley @ The Construction Consultants.

Finally, a couple of sunny days on site

It has been great to see the sun shining on developments across the country this week. We are making really good progress on sites including Dagenham, Gloucester and Norwich. Wonderful to see the steels going up on these sites.
