Looking back again through our previous projects and spotted this awesome refurb project we did at Magna Park in Lutterworth.
We were appointed by owners Aberdeen Standard Investments to transform the 380,000 sq. ft distribution centre, a former Argos warehouse. The £7m contract involved the demolition of existing mezzanine structures, removing an extensive racking system, installing new dock leveller doors and curtain walling, a new internal office suite and improvements to the car parking facilities.
