Progress on site in Suffolk

We are making great progress at a new scheme for self-storage company Lok’nStore in Suffolk.

The development at Futura Park, Ipswich, will span 15,306 sq ft., and it is our fifth project for Lok’n Store.

Alan Shadbolt, MCS Group’s group Commercial Director, said: “We’ve got a longstanding relationship with Lok’n Store going back many years and more recently we’ve completed developments for them in Hemel Hempstead and Southampton which have been a great success so we are delighted to be able to announce the start on site of another excellent storage facility, this time at Futura Park in Ipswich”.

It is a 29-week project with a value of £1.8m, and we expect to be able to hand the new unit over to the company in the summer.
