Having founded the business in 2003, Keir plays a pivotal role in identifying, formulating and implementing the Group’s strategic objectives.
Passionate about the Group’s reputation, Keir uses his intrinsic knowledge of all the businesses functions to provide structure, process and the team ethos which delivers results far above industry averages.
When not in business mode, Keir enjoys spending time with his wife Susie and two children Emily and Alfie. He is also a keen motorsport fanatic and races a classic Porsche in the CSCC!
Keir passed over the reigns in May 2025 to James and Rob and is now Chairman.
