So amazing to see that the British Council for Offices Midlands & Central England Regional Awards have recognised KMB Tachbrook Park Leamington Spa as the Best Refurbished/Recycled Workplace.

We delivered a transformative refurbishment and renovation project which turned a dated office building into a modern, impressive working environment.

Externally, the building benefits from a new reception area and triple-height atrium ensuring plenty of natural light. Meanwhile, the internal refurbishment has been designed to provide employees with a variety of break out spaces, including a new canteen and top floor bar and chill out area.
