Building a Career as an Apprentice with MCS

MCS are delighted to have launched its first apprenticeship programme in a bid to help young people develop a long and rewarding career in Commercial Property.

MD Keir Edmonds has welcomed the companies first apprentice; 18 year old Nick McLaughlin, and more young people will be recruited in 2019 under the new training scheme.

Nick is starting off by working on site in Bristol as an Assistant Site Manager.

Keir said: “We are proud to announce that we have launched our first apprenticeship scheme to MCS Group. School leavers deserve a chance to gain valuable work experience and further their education without costs involved with going to university. We are investing in young people by providing them with on-site experience support by college day release so that they can build a career in Construction. Tried, tested, debt-free and fully qualified – that’s why apprenticeships work!”.
