We’ve had some great coverage in the media this week after announcing that we have secured a contract for a Warwickshire industrial scheme which has the potential to support the creation of 100 jobs.

Warwickshire Property and Development Group is creating 42,000 sq ft of industrial space at Holywell Business Park, which is part of the Kineton Road Industrial Estate in Southam.

We will build nine units between 1,900 sq ft and 15,000 sq ft to suit a range of businesses in what is WPDG’s first construction project.

Keir Edmonds, managing director of MCS Group, said: “We deliver projects right across the country and are very active in the M25 corridor, but we are very much rooted in Warwickshire, so it is always rewarding to be chosen to deliver a project that will make a difference to the local economy.”
