MCS starts work on new Porsche Centre in West Sussex

MCS Group has started construction of a new purpose-built sales and aftersales Porsche Centre in Sayers Common, West Sussex, for Sytner Group.

The development will replace the existing Porsche Mid-Sussex premises and provide a larger, modern facility to support the business’s continued growth and new electric-vehicle operations.

The three-storey flagship building will include a showroom for Porsche’s new and pre-owned vehicles and a fully equipped workshop for servicing, maintenance, and repairs. The workshop will also include specific facilities to support the growing number of electric Porsche vehicles.

Our team is working with Axis 3 Design Limited and multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy Rolton to deliver a full construction programme, including the building fabric, all workshop underground equipment, and a CAT B fit-out.

The new Centre will reflect Porsche’s new brand identity and will feature recessed LED lighting within louvred cladding and a large, glazed entrance façade.

This project builds on our established relationship with Sytner Group and follows numerous new-build and refurbishment projects for the group over the years.

Construction started in September 2026, with completion scheduled for October 2027.
